Starting From the Beginning

One thing we all have in common...we are all born
The other thing we all have in common is that we are all here at the same time.
The last thing we have in common is that we all go home at some time.

We have more in common than we are different.

When we were born, we didn't know better so we smiled at everyone. We thought that everyone was the same, happy people to see us, smiles and love. Then one day we are told, OH no don't talk to so and so they did...
Or they are not like us, they are...
Oh they are different, we don't like that...

And you start to think to yourself, but they were very nice to me. I like them, am I supposed to not like them anymore?

Then one day we feel like we are different, or that we are not like someone or we did something that others will not like, and then we hold back our thoughts from expressing them and we start to feel that no one will like, or love us because we are different. because we were told it was not OK. So no not only do we think others are not OK, but we think we too are not OK.

At that point it is our first thoughts of feeling we are not OK. And in truth we are OK, until we are taught not to be. How do we un-teach it? How do we learn to love freely again...what do we have to do with it, what does God have to do with it...

WE are all here to live in love, to find it, to grow it, to nurture it and to trust it. Anything that we do for the "wrong" reasons, takes away from our innocence. And when we say to ourselves we are not Ok, when we say to others you are not Ok, we are telling life that life is not OK, we are telling God that HE is not OK and it is not truth. Truth is that we are all here for a reason, if we were born on Earth we were meant to be here. And the next thing in common that we all have, is that we are all here at the same time. That's huge!!!!!!! WE all are here out of all the times on Earth here at the same time. What does that mean to us? That as much as we speak we are different from each other, we are all here together, to seek love in the common obstacles in life that we have. The catalysts are all lined up. Money, Ego, things over people...and we are finding that none of that means anything when we don't have each other. WE are what it's all about. Life doesn't understand things, it understands people.

We all love babies because of the innocence they bring and that is why we love them so much, and yet we find a way to shape it and tell them it is not OK to be that innocent, now you are grown up.

We never really do grow up. Our souls do not have an age, our bodies do. Our souls are always in that innocence and when we don't feel it, we look for it everywhere. WE try all of our lives to repair what was taken away with words and what looked like nice gestures. WE are here to love, and not only to love some. We are here to learn love again as though we haven't known it. We have always known this kind of love, pure love. The love that doesn't questions and yet grows and thrives and learns and trusts. We love it in the children who still have and protect it so that our world can live in the innocence of itself, amongst us.

When we hear in our mind that we think we are not OK or that anyone will not understand how we feel, it is time for a conversation. A conversation with yourself. Start from the beginning. Ask yourself what matters to yourself most. Then tell yourself why. Ask yourself how it is that you wanted this for yourself? Tell yourself why again. Ask yourself what you would do without what you would want, and see yourself release it. Know that you will be OK no matter what and that you will trust that you make the best decision that you can and know at this time.

You see we are not perfect, nor are we hear to be perfect. We are hear to learn and we are learning love in a much broader scope in this time. Love is an energy, not just per situation. Love is love is love, it is just that the relationships are what is different. Every person you meet, is someone who is touching your life with love. Allow the love to flow and to allow the love to grow and to teach you what it can. We are so busy trying to tell life what to do that we forget that life has a lot to teach us. Allow life to teach you what it is, that is why we are all here.

Nothing is meant to take away from us unless we see it that. Nothing can give to us unless we allow it. We live in reflections of what we see and know...and then love comes along and pushes us and pushes us to learn more about it...learning is endless. There is never a day when we know everything, yet there is always a day filled with love if we can trust that we are worthy of love, and we are. We are here to find that, and imagine the difference it makes to you, and to me that we are loved already.
